Relax your way into and out of your session. After a daily intake, receive full session time. Move slowly and do not rush at the end. It is advisable to schedule your session when you have some space and time for yourself afterwards.
30-45 minutes Massage
(total session time is up to 60 minutes)
For the more sensitive or frail. $125*
1 hour Massage or SE
(total session time is up to 75 minutes)
Receive a full 60 minutes on the table or doing the SE work. $150*
90 minutes Massage
(total session time is up to 105 minutes)
Receive a full 90 minutes on the table. $200*
90 minutes SE and Massage
(total session is up to 105 minutes)
Receive up to 60 minutes of Somatic Experiencing, followed by massage. $200*
2 hours SE and Massage
(total session time is up to 135 minutes)
Receive 30 to 60 minute of Somatic Experiencing, followed by massage. $240*
Initial Intake
We will explore your health history, current wellbeing, and outline short and long term goals. 30 minutes. $50*
* A sliding scale is available for those in need.
Ama would rather you come more often, as you need the bodywork, and pay a little less per session. Starting at $120/hr
