Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice to cancel is appreciated. Please allow a minimum of 25 hours notice to cancel without a fee. 24 to 13 hours is charged at 50% the session rate. 12 hours or less is charged the full session rate including no-shows. Illness/Covid/Flu-related symptoms - fees exempted with a minimum of 6 hours notice.
